User group management mainly facilitates administrators to create, modify, and delete user groups as well as members of the user's authority

to operate the application bulk binding and management. Divided into different user groups can facilitate administrators to centrally manage 

user accounts under the grouping attribute, set its corresponding privileges according to different user groups, as follows:

1.1 Create User Groups and Add Users

If you already have a user group administrator can not meet the needs for centralized management of users, you can add a new user group, and 

add users for this user group. Enter the account group name, click【Edit】to Add account, as follows:

 

Note: To be added to the specified user group member users, the users will no longer belong to the member of the original user group.

1.2 Delete User Groups

If you want to delete a user group, optionally in the corresponding account group, right click【Delete】.

Note: You can not delete the default user groups established, also when there are users in the group.

1.3 Copy User Group

Note: The new user group generated by copy doesn’t contain any member of the user, and doesn’t bound any application. The default

 "AdminGroup", "GuestGroup" user groups can not be copied.

1.4 Set up the Accounts Group Parameters 

1.4.1 Specify a Deadline

For all users in the user group can be specified never expires or set time period.

1.4.2 Group Parameters

Group members use this account to set permissions, and to determine whether this group is enabled.

1.4.4 Bind Application

To set GWT Virtual Application System is very flexible and can be applied to the published procedures set operating authority to bind 

when you add a user to modify the operation.

 

Interface Configuration and Item Description:

♦ When installing a Farm controller (add new Farm), the system will automatically create a user group named "AdminGroup" (the default 

administrator group, the members of the group will have administrator privileges and "GuestGroup" user groups. System installation and 

create the user will automatically become a "default administrator group," the members of the user.
