
The users of GWT system can not only manage to a group, but also can be managed to a specific operating authority, in order to achieve
authorization for different users with different applications. Here we explain the management and maintenance methods.
2.1.1 General Settings
When installing the system, the system will ask the user to create a default user. The user will automatically become a member of the "default
administrator group," belongs to the specified user group for the new user.When create a new user, you need to bind a Windows user and the
domain where the Windows user locates. If you create a user belongs to Admin Group user group, the user automatically inherits the Windows
system administrator group permissions to create the user, the system will automatically create accounts and assign the Remote Desktop
Users and Users Groups permissions, automatic distribution system password. Of course, the system can also be manually assigned
accounts and permissions, manually assign the account to ensure that the corresponding system account password is correct, the specific
operation as shown below:

Note: The new user name can not be same as an existing user.
2.1.2 Account Parameters
Interface Configuration and Item Description:
♦ Specify deadline: Set account time which can login GWT system. Defaults is Never expires. Of course, you can set the current account
of the life of the actual situation.
♦ General: Administrator - This account is an administrator. If you set this, the current account can be log into GWT management console.
Remotely modify password-This account can remotely change the password, this controls whether the current account can not be an
administrator of interference modify passwords.
Enable account: whether to enable the account. The default is enabled.
♦ Allows multiple clients simultaneously open applications: This can limit the number of current accounts opened in the application, based on
the total number of cases is set to open The default is not limited if the client wants to be forced open, you will be prompted: The user can open
the number of applications has been reached to the maximum number.
2.1.3 Authentication mode
Here, you can choose the authentication method when each user login, if you are with other third-party certification, according to the actual
situation, as shown below:
2.1.4 Bind Application
For all users in the user group can access applications binding. Automatically default to the account established distribution system for all
applications, you can manually increase or decrease discretionary.
If you want to delete a user, in the【User Management】, select the user you want to delete, right-click on【Delete】will be OK.
Note: When the GWT System is installed, the user can not delete the default Admin.
GWT operating system user information with bulk import, export function to facilitate administrators to quickly create a new user and backup
management, saving administrators the time to re-create the user, the operation shown below:

♦ When the mouse click to the【User】item of the left tree panel, the interface will appear on the map【User Export】toolbar【User Import】 【Add users】function icon.

2.3.1 User Information Export Operation

After the export is complete, the available editing program to open Excel, as shown below:

2.3.2 User Information Import Operation
Click the"
"icon to import previous exported information into a user table. You can see the user information is imported in the【User
Management】.

♦ If the user information in a fixed format in Excel editing, you can import directly from an Excel file into the console inside. Users can increase
automatically added to the console, and set up a system of accounts and passwords can also be generated automatically created on the server.
Account edit allows the system administrator to set the GWT System account name, password and other parameters.
Step one: Select the account you want to edit, right click【Property】to open the account property window, as shown below:
